The Gaming Warehouse offers a 14-day money back guarantee on all custom controllers, starting from the day the item is delivered.  During this period if you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund. Return postage costs will not be reimbursed.

The controller must be returned undamaged, in all its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. The Gaming Warehouse must be notified before the end of the 14-day period that the item is being returned.   Please see the Returns Policy Page on the website for information about returning the controller.  During the returns process, we may ask you for the product serial number and order number, to check the item was supplied by us.

All custom controllers sold by The Gaming Warehouse are issued with a standard 12-month warranty.  If the warranty sticker inside the controller is removed or damaged, the warranty will become void.  The standard warranty covers the electrical functionality of the controller but does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.  Postage for returning a customer controller for inspection is paid for by the customer.  Once the inspection process is complete, if there is a genuine fault covered by our warranty we will fix it, replace it or give you a refund and the returns postage will be reimbursed.   The Gaming Warehouse custom controllers are also protected with a 3-month design warranty, this covers any discolouring, peeling, or fading.

The Gaming Warehouse test all custom controllers using only official Sony/Microsoft headsets, therefore, The Gaming Warehouse cannot be held liable for any 3rd party headsets not working with the controller.

The Gaming Warehouse reserve the right, dependant on the fault found, to repair or replace the controller.  If after our investigation, no fault is found, the customer is responsible for the postage cost associated with the return of the controller and may also be charged inspection and administration fee of up to £20.00.

This warranty does not affect your consumer rights.
